The Flower ClubThe purpose of Mt. Zion’s Flower Club is to assure that the pulpit area is furnished with flowers every Sunday.   The flowers help beautify the pulpit area and can be dedicated to a member of the congregation, family member, or friend, who may be celebrating a special occasion, or may be ill at home or hospitalized.   The process of the dedication of flowers is made through the club’s president.  Flowers are ordered from the local florist and dedication information is placed in the weekly church bulletin.  Once the conclusion of the Sunday services, the flowers are distributed to those who will receive them.
